Carbacid Investments plc is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct in the fulfilment of its mission and encourages all stakeholders to report any suspected wrongdoing or activities including possible fraud and ethical issues.

The company has a zero tolerance policy to fraud and requests stakeholders to report in confidence any instances of fraud that they may discover.

The company has established an independently hosted whistleblowing platform for any stakeholder to securely and anonymously report issues to the directors of the company. Use of this platform is completely anonymous and no personally identifying information (e.g., Internet Protocol addresses) is collected for users visiting the portal.
